If you request an ebook, guide, webinar, checklist, download, or other resource through the Website, we use the information you submit to deliver the requested resource, create or update a lead or contact record, attribute the submission to the appropriate page owner, and follow up about related estate planning services where permitted by your consent.
When a form includes a marketing or outreach consent checkbox, we may store the exact consent text, consent version, accepted timestamp, page URL, IP address where available, user agent, referral and UTM details, and related submission metadata.
